Thanks all for your advice and recommendations. I'm off to Spain tomorrow for half term week but when I get back I think I'll invest in one and try my hand at becoming the next Paul Hollywood

We are staying near Marbella and one of the main reasons that we go there is for the barbecued fish in the beachside restaurants off the promenade. It will be a very long drive to Galicia though
