Look at this keeper we are supposed to be getting in, he is training with us already and still we havent signed him up. We went into the Spurs game without getting that sorted out beforehand. Why? Why cant we ever get something sorted out in a timely fashion? Something is wrong with the way we operate with the amount of time it takes to get deals to limp over the line, and the amount which fall through at the last minute. At least learn your lesson Steve? But no, again we go into the last day of the transfer window scrambling around like mugs. Wickham missed 8 games in the 4 seasons prior to signing for us, none of those injuries are the same as the one he has now. So you can hardly say Parish signed a crock player. I don't think missing 8 games over 4 seasons, there were 3 separate injuries, could be classed as a history of injuries, but don't let that you stop bashing Parish.

I heard on the radio that the weed went for 241 targets or had 241 targets in this window. They ended up with two. I think that may be where putting your eggs in one basket comes into play. Have lots of options as then some may come off and it allows you to walk away and not try to play hardball and get done at the last minute. I heard this on talk s***e from Tony cas I'll get me coat

The guy had had some injury issues in the past, but a lot of players do. However is it a complete coincidence that ever since he pulled on the red and blue he indeed has been a crock player? Must be a coincidence. Man Parish is unlucky...... Regardless of Connor Wickham's injury history before we signed him, for many games this season we had zero fit strikers after getting rid of Murray, Gayle, Campbell etc. and not doing a proper job of managing squad depth. In this league not having a single fit senior striker is commonly referred to as a complete shambles. Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha.

Regardless of Connor Wickham's injury history before we signed him, for many games this season we had zero fit strikers after getting rid of Murray, Gayle, Campbell etc. and not doing a proper job of managing squad depth.

In this league not having a single fit senior striker is commonly referred to as a complete shambles.

CPFC 2010 bought us out of administration , bought the ground generally improved it and are now trying to build a new stand. But this year in 2 months Lady Luck is torching them and us. Harry Kane’s header came about because of yet another injury to Tomkins. But we have also had our share of luck. Last minute goals to give us a point or 3. If we stay up then something at senior level needs adjusting . It may be new personnel it may be SP behaviour how he carries out business, his salary, who knows. But something needs adjusting. I don’t think the situation is irretrievable, far from it. Maybe hire a management consultants and seek advise. That would be a good start. This is business plain and simple. Treat it as such.

Don’t forget CPFC were super successful in the Wright Bright era. We came 3rd in the top league. Let’s not forget our successes.
