I wonder if the FA knows the individual beneficial ownership under its fit and proper persons rules. and whether it would have to comply with FOIA requests. really, ownership of football clubs should not be private.

I doubt Steven Browett, Martyn Long and Jeremy Hosking would have given up sufficient shares to surrender complete control to Harris and Blitzer but enough to encourage investment and give them a say in the main decision making process yes.

I doubt Steven Browett, Martyn Long and Jeremy Hosking would have given up sufficient shares to surrender complete control to Harris and Blitzer but enough to encourage investment and give them a say in the main decision making process yes.

As far as I remember from the details of the 'investment' that were announced the Americans own over 50% of the shares of the club. From memory I believe it was reported that they bought 51% of the shares. Red and Blue Army!
