Benteke letting the ball run out just before 3rd goal typified his lack of effort. We had 2 strikers on and neither could hold the ball up, although Sorloth gave a better performance than Benteke. Had we of bought a decent striker Benteke would be subbed, if he made the team at all.

Think you need a trip to spec savers mate

The turning point was uniteds first goal, performance changed after that and unfortunately Tomkins has to take full responsibility for that

Lack of effort, what game were you watching. Benteke had one of his better games, made the first goal, forced de Gea into a world class save and cleared countless corners with headers.
Yeah a distinct lack of effort.

He was excellent. We wouldnt of played the way we did for a lot of the game without him, all the link up play was through him. People look at football in such black and white simplistic terms.

For me Sorloth was the wasteful one, seems to be a lot of fuss surrounding a player who to me looks nothing more than a big and slow lump. Was useless in possession.

We're the Arthur over ere!

He was distinctly decent tonight. Benefited from having Soerloth up with him although they were a bit close and a bit similar a lot of the time. Against any other keeper that header's a deffo goal.

Working on that logic Hennessy is a goalkeeper but didn't see him stopping a lot.

Beneteke didn't have a bad game.

A 25 yard screamer in injury time. Nothing anyone could do about that. Really proud of the effort. When you look at Man Utds line up to have run them that close with 12 players out is quite frankly a brilliant effort.

I think it's called a "Milivojevic reducer". I suppose he was too knackered by that stage.
