Like Coventry, if they go down they will be locked into the contract and could find themselves struggling to pay their bills. One of the owners has been questioning where the police were yesterday. They probably had forgotten that they have to pay for police within the stadium but were too tight to do it. The maximum penalty for crowd trouble in the premiership is £250k plus 2 points. But there's no chance of the FA doing that. Apparently they don't. On 5Live this morning they said that Any increase in security under the current contractual agreement will be paid for by the good old tax payer.

The only extras that were negotiated by the stadium were for something daft like making it into Europe. Their fans are idiots. The older lot think they won the world cup and the next generation grew up with Cottee and McAvennie in the mid 80s. Anyone under 25 they've always been bang average so they should be getting more realistic with their expectations as the older lot die off. The younger ones stayed in the crowd and filmed the t***s - there's some great footage with comments on social media. The FA have said they "may be charged". May be...? Still, it wasn't a patch on the pitch invasion by Lille fans. Not surprised Amadou was so keen to join us in January! Their fans full on attacked the playing squad. And then Greece goes a step further with a game abandoned due to the club president marching toward the ref, with a holstered gun on his hip!

I'd be delighted if the FA or PL deducted them points but the most will be a fine and possibly a suspended points deduction which will make the final four home matches interesting. They've got 5 at home still, Man U hasn't been rearranged yet and therefore isn't in some sites fixture lists.

SJ on Talkshlte this morning. Thinks West Ham owners are doing a fine job. Fans behaviour might end up costing Wet Sham a big fine, or points deduction (yeah, like when they played an ineligible player, Tevez). SJ always let the manager do his job , without interference Why ? why is SJ giving his flawed opinions ?

The tribunal said that – based on the evidence it saw – it found, “That one of Mr Sullivan’s many aims in entering into the May 2010 transactions…was to achieve a loss for tax purposes”. “Conegate built tax structures to avoid paying the tax that was rightfully due,” said Penny Ciniewicz, HMRC’s director general for customer compliance. “HMRC has defeated this scheme thanks to robust anti-avoidance legislation,” she added. In losing his appeal against HMRC, Sullivan is now liable to pay the tax bill. West Ham United has been contacted for comment.
