Congratulations to the U23's who have already guaranteed a play-off place with four games remaining in the season. Bar losing all of them they should finish the Div South in first place.

The first and second place teams in the North and South Divisions then play-off for the Championship. If we finish first we will play the second placed team in Division North. That looks a bit undecided at the moment with their games left to play.

My questions is:

Who should be played in these games?
You can have three players over 23 plus the goal keeper. So far this season AWB, Wickham, Jach, Rakip, Delaney, Cabaye, McArthur, Souare, Sakho, and Reidewald have all played for the U23's. AWB, Souare, Jach and Rakip have had the most game time.
Should some of these now play in the play-off games or would that be unfair on the rest of the U23 squad?

You wouldn't pick senior players for this.

The only reasons they would of featured to begin with would be recovering from injury or needing bit of match fitness.

this league is a joke and meaningless which is why it has been fairly easy for Palace

Far from meaningless, youngsters get to play against experienced pros coming back from injury, this is where Bissaka has impressed, as has Kirby lumeka and lokilo. Crucial they have a league to play in.

I'd agree with this in the sense that they certainly need a competitive league to play in to gain experience.

We can't get promoted I believe without upgrading the academy. Certainly teams that have won previously are still in our league. They just win a trophy - not sure if any money is involved.
