And are you actually suggesting that the current hard right policies of the Tory party are now right wing enough?! The Tories are throwing a few liberal bones about social justice, but their other policies have shifted far further to the right than they were 5-10 years ago. The Tory Party under Cameron was centre right, mostly- now its a hard right party with one or two centre right policies

Europe: Centre, Fiscally: Hard right re: benefits but tax increases recently have affected the middle classes to the benefit of the working classes (eg buy to let and stamp duty). Plus some big increases, and more to come on minimum wage. Public sector pay undoubtedly hard right but more recently seen a softening of that stance, plus fiscal stance in general. Environmentally, undoubtedly not hard right with recent suggestion on plastic bottle tax. So, fairly balanced in my view. What policies are you referring to?

It used to be a right wing broadcaster now it isn't....you obviously don't watch it. Here's a link to a piece by Sky News which gives favorable treatment to Antifa. Murdoch does not own Sky.....where have you been? As for pointing out the right wing press, well firstly they don't have a monopoly like the left have with TV and secondly the newspapers have far less reach than TV does......You are comparing apples with oranges. My statement that the right do not have a voice on TV is correct and your post is outdated nonsense. As for stating that May leads a hard right party? The Tory still contains right wing people in it....yeah and the grass roots is still the same...apart from the blue rinsers who gave us plonkers like Cameron. I dropped being left wing as I entered my twenties nearly thirty years ago, which is around about the time Sky started. Sky became the run of the mill lefty broadcaster around about the time Murdoch made Sky News independent around five to ten years ago....I can't remember exactly when. Besides, I still retain some of my original liberal values....I just grew up.
