They didn't add anything that wasn't already in the rules and they were not intended to turn this forum into a grey sterile territory fit for snowflakes. Sure there is a line the mods decide on but action taken over not a lot just encourages victim playing whenever someone feels slighted. As for pefwin using a different gender.....who really gives a monkeys.
