This does make me chuckle all this bollocks about white people f***ing off out of London. I detest what London has become.a few years ago my son and some of his regiment were at the the first Invicta games.

The ironic part about 'white flight' is that many inner London areas such as Brixton and Peckham are full of roads are now becoming exclusively white because they are the only ones who can afford to buy the houses. Social housing, that remains mixed but in terms of owner occupiers then I would be willing to bet that many areas that would have previously been considered diverse have white populations that have increased over the last couple of decades. Of course, they are far more divided, with people effectively living in parallel universes, and that nice young solicitor and his wife who live in the house at the end of the road with the wooden blinds in the window most certainly does not send his children to the same school as the refugee family crammed into a small flat in the council block opposite nor even think about using the same shops but hey, lets celebrate our diverse communities. I would argue that societal divides in London are now primarily driven by class rather than ethnicity. Zones 1, 2 and increasingly 3 are now effectively ghettoised although I suspect that it is more to do with Graduate v non-Graduate than skin colour, although that will still remain a factor. I chose to not concern myself with either threats and leave that to the professionals. Let’s me enjoy a much more stress free existence.
