Can we have a massive arrow pointing out the goal for Christian Benteke? Then when Brighton are attacking the Holmesdale we can move the arrows to confuse them! Why didn’t we think of this before?
So I manage a Workshop which provides a safe learning environment for blokes struggling with PTSD and other mental health issues. Being a Palace fan isn't listed yet. |

Couldn’t open that, but I believe you. Maybe put a “Lower” sign in the Upper Holmesdale? Or paint a picture of the forth umpire’s substitution board with Benteke’s number on it? A picture of a Fedora with the words money can’t buy class? A picture of an American Express card with he slogan Your Ego Is Writing Cheques Your Team Can’t Cash? Or one that just says welcome home Glenn!

What about a picture of an Eagle, soaring majestically, master of all he surveys below him. Juxtaposed with a picture of a grubby Seagull pecking at a bin bag. Underneath this, will be the caption: For f***'s Sake Murray, where's your dignity?
