Well so are Israel but I don't think UEFA would give them a fair crack! Not that I think they're going to give Turkey one, they've just let them bid for it. A bit like us with FIFA for 2022. UEFA would host the CL final in America if someone paid them enough.

Personally I don’t give a f^ck where the Euros or the CL final are held. Regarding the former, I wouldn’t cross the road to watch England at my local park, even if they were offering free beer as an incentive. In the case of the latter, I’m realistic enough to conlude that Palace will never get there!
