The BBC has decided that the weeds’ draw with the spuds means they are “effectively safe”...”survival as good as guaranteed” etc etc. They have 36 points. Ergo we need 2 more draws or 1 more win to also be “effectively safe” etc etc

If Stoke beat us , plus they get some other good luck, plus we get some other bad luck..... we need to keep sharp , sober and hungry. It aint over yet.

Your guess is as good as mine but if he was annoyed at being sacked you would have thought he would put out his strongest team to try to rub their noses in it . Need to be well away from Stoke when we play them, 6 points minimum. In fact we could quite easily send them down. Win and a draw in the next 2 games would be ideal. COYP !!
