Did they not lose their appeal against the ban the other week ? Thought I read that they did... They have appealed to the Court for Arbitration for Sport & they are expected to rule by mid-July.

Looking at the squads and finance of the elite European teams, the offer is going to have to come from Dortmund or PSG. I suspect he will end up at Spurs or PSG. Why are you saying this? You have no idea what will happen. I know that Wilf has been apparently wanting to leave for the last 3 years. Has he left? Wilf is ours for the next 4 years unless the club decides otherwise.

Why are you saying this? You have no idea what will happen. I know that Wilf has been apparently wanting to leave for the last 3 years. Has he left? Wilf is ours for the next 4 years unless the club decides otherwise. The trouble is, contract or not, if a player really wants to go he will. Whilst players can't make a club sell them they do have the right to down tools and not give 100%

When does the Chelsea transfer ban finish.I can only see him going there. He wont have to move - Granted but another club will gladly buy him a house nearer them as part of his dea I dont want him to go but if he did,Chelsea seem like a good fit for him - TBH i'm the same, don't want to see him go but i'm certain he aint going anywhere near Chelsea, they wont escape this ban so will be stumped. PSG, Arsenal etc are much more likely

If Arsenal win the EUFA Cup and qualify for CL i think it will be them with Welbeck as part of the deal. Roy wanted Welbeck in August but he broke his leg. Arsenal Can't give us Welbeck as part of the deal he is out of contract they have no hold over him to use him as a bargaining chip.

Chelsea will try to keep appealing as much as they can, even if they know it will not be successful so as while it is under appeal it is not in effect. therefore by appealing now they can do business in the current transfer window.

Of the clubs abroad PSG and perhaps Juve would do so. For me Chelski know we would jump at taking RLC and Bats, but clearly not until their ban is dropped. So I think that we will have an 'agreement' in place that when the ban is lifted he goes to them and we get RLC and Bats, but I'd also like us to be proactive and pck up either Reece James (RB) or Tomouri (CB) from them also as cover...two great prospects!
