Completely agree about lining up a deal for Wilf in principle before next season then getting shot of him. At our current rate of progress in the transfer market we'll be treading water at best or drowning at worst in the PL cos we don't have a proven goal scorer.

I can see a line forming of people waiting to heap criticism on Wilf if he has any lack of form.

Where does the sulking prediction come from.

I think he tries his best every time he goes on the pitch

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

What if Everton Accept Iwobis new offer and Arsenal put the money towards a 70 million bid for Wilf, Could make it a Squeaky Bum Day tomorrow.

“That’s a joke son, I say, that’s a joke.” “Nice boy, but he’s sharp as a throw pillow.” “He’s so dumb he thinks a Mexican border pays rent” “ “Son… I say, son, some people are so narrow minded they can look through a keyhole with both eyes.”__ Forhorn Leghorn

UHM, would Everton pay enough up front for the Arse to be able to afford it, even they don't buy the CB they need & Tierney? If Ozil off the wage bill they would be able to at least match Wilf's wages

He now wants to move abroad apparently!

If no one in the Prem is willing to meet 100m+ I'd doubt anyone in Europe can.
The only clubs in Europe that could afford that sort of fee (Juve, Real, Barca, Bayern) dont want him.
He's going nowhere till January at the earliest.
Wont even happen then unless its big money AND its offered right at the start of the window so we can bring in a replacement in the same window.
My guess is he'll go next summer. And with 3 years left on his contract the Evertons and the Arsenals are deluded if they think he'll be any cheaper.

All this talk of him being fuming that the deal hasn’t gone through but he hasn’t even put in a transfer request

I still think he'll go and quite frankly I hope he does. If he's not 100% committed then keeping him will be a big mistake and very bad for team morale.

I was giving him the benefit of the doubt but it's crystal clear now just sell him and we move on. We will be fine without him. Il take joy in him pushing a move to an average club and never winning a trophy.

Having been trying to orchestrate his departure all season from behind the scenes he's finally confirming his intentions now. Really disappointing.
