This post has been merged from a topic called 'The Wilfried Zaha Thread' by Midlands Eagle Now, according to Sky's 'spies' Borussia are after him too but, whoever is after him, I think he's happy here, he's settled in his private life and close to his family. He's also tried grazing on that greener grass on the other side of the fence, and found it wasn't so lush after all.......

Why is it lazy journalism when it's quite likely that the journalist was fed the story by Zaha's agent? Why would he go to Everton you ask? Perhaps because they are a substantially larger club than us and will be challenging for Europe next season rather than struggling against relegation yet again. Perhaps if he were to go to Everton we could ask for Lookman in part exchange

Yep - totally agree as much as I would hate to see Wilf go - RLC plus 3 of those you mention would be a very positive deal for Palace. Add Nani into the equation who is reportedly available for £5M as a direct replacement for Wilf would be very good indeed..!! COYP

And he's not "at the level",(way too inconsistant) where he would get a regular place in any top six team.

Such a precocious talent and I would not blame him for wanting to complete at the highest level and play a prominent part in winning cups and titles in a successful team,something he will never achieve if he stays with us,fighting against relegation year on year.He has been fantastic for us,very loyal,his career is very short and I wish him success wherever his future lies.
