I think he tries his best every time he goes on the pitch I didn't predict it I said IF. Wilf is known to have the odd sulk when things don't go his way on the pitch

If it is true, it is very usual as to hand in a transfer request means that a player foregoes a percentage of the transfer fee. There was an article in 4-4-2 (I think) about why it is so rare. Partly is it down to what fans will think about a player but mostly it is financial. Obviously putting in a transfer request doesn't actually change anything (if it indeed has happened) as he's our player until we agree to sell him. If it is true, I hope we get a player as part of the deal as getting one elsewhere will have become much more expensive. good call ! I don't think Wilf is very good at this game
