CPFC 2010 Accounts Overdue

to be fair, what companies house says is that the strike off notice has been cancelled. I can't see any place where it says they've been received. it does seem the most likely explanation. but I don't see any plays where it says they HAVE been received.

not in the least. I think I read that you can get the strike off notice cancelled if you give companies house a valid explanation with evidence. though I may have misread that.

The notice cancelling the striking off says that "cause has been shown why the above company should not be struck off....". It wasn't unreasonable to assume that this was because the accounts had been submitted as the media were reporting club sources as saying that submission was "imminent" and "in the next few days". Whether they have or not, we're certainly good at drawing attention to ourselves for all the wrong reasons.

I follow a couple of dozen companies at Companies House and normally I receive an email when the accounts are received by them and if you click on the link it says "Accounts received and being processed and will be available in five days" so this is a rather unusual situation that I haven't come across before
