Knew it, hennessey far too much on his right side of the goal, gave shaqiri a hectare of goal to choose from. Poor challenge by loftus-cheek.. we certainly knew set pieces is where they could hit us.. gifted.. and i don't mean shaqiri

Very sloppy from RLC and then he heads it into the corner. Watching it back again he moved his head away from the ball and it flicked off the side of his head. It would be very disappointing to lose to this lot particularly when still not mathematically safe. It would also be good to finish the season on a high with an unbeaten run.

disappointing to be going in 1 down but that was a good performance. i'll be interested to see how the heat and nerves effect the energy levels of the players in the second half. there was nothing to be done about the goal a good strike with a very fortunate deflection making it unstoppable. although our link up play has looked very neat, we haven't been able to create any real opportunities. it might seem a obvious thing to say but as we have had a fair few shots, i think we just need to get them on target in the second half. chances will come from the rebounds, deflections etc as long as the shots themselves actually ask a question of the keeper.
