Parish is nobody’s fool of course he is going to say he could do better, but that doesn’t mean he hasn’t done a good job getting us where we are now. As I am sure you are aware, players and agents have the final say if we sign somebody not a Chairman. They are all pushing for ridiculous wages, fees, etc. There are plenty of clubs that have capitulated to those demands, most now find themselves in the Championship. Who you want to buy and who you can afford to buy are very different, unless you are one of the top 6 who can afford to waste money on over priced players.

As I am sure you are aware, players and agents have the final say if we sign somebody not a Chairman. They are all pushing for ridiculous wages, fees, etc. There are plenty of clubs that have capitulated to those demands, most now find themselves in the Championship.
Who you want to buy and who you can afford to buy are very different, unless you are one of the top 6 who can afford to waste money on over priced players.

No, it has ranged from very good to not very good but never diabolically bad. The fans of every team in this league complain bitterly of a poor window. They can't all have a bad one? No, it has ranged from very good to not very good but never diabolically bad.
