I guarantee you Roy's top priority next season will be to avoid relegation. Not saying we shouldn't be ok, but a lot of people felt similarly last season.

Klopp will be lauded for getting Liverpool to the final but his team have been guilty of conceding too many soft goals all season and the goalkeeper position has been a problem for them for years with Mignolet also not good enough. They got to the final through the back door and although he should be praised for his attacking intent you have to get the balance right Which Guardiola seems to have mastered. He got his transfer targets early and was well prepared whereas Klopp spent all season chasing van dyke Got to win a trophy and get nearer the title

It’s great cup football stuff but not title winning material and if they build a better defence etc Salah will be slower by then or something else will mean they aren’t at near 100% performance levels. When you can grind out points you don’t need that but they do and over 38 games plus UCL and fa cup matches it’s too draining. Watch how they lost 3 of 4 or something after beating city at Anfield in the league. I thought they’d drop points but not as many as they did. As far as I’m concerned city can keep winning titles to upset all the southern Man U and Liverpool duvet buying adults.
