So black people aren't aware of the experiences they personally go through or cognisant enough to be aware of how they should feel about a subject until the media tells them how to feel.

Why don't you go and find some to talk to about it before posting something so unaware.

Listen. I am absolutely certain that Black people feel the effects of being a minority in a White country just like a White person would in a Black country. It isn't surprising and it isn't about race.
On top of the normal bias that a majority has towards itself, there is the issue with crime statistics for Black youths. It is very disproportionate to their numbers.
If you are looking for prejudice you might find prejudice towards cultures that promote gun and knife crime, muggings and always blame someone else for it all, but you won't find much towards skin colour in Britain. That kind of thinking is for a tiny majority of knuckleheads.

Personally I loathe irrational hatred of other people but having been born and raised in South London I know exactly where mistrust and cynicism about Black culture come from. It is not about irrational prejudice.

Do you seriously believe that this outburst of Black discontent is proportionate to racism in the country?

One further thing let me ask you a question then, based on your truth and what you believe is accurate do you believe that black people on average are intellectually inferior when measured by IQ?

The statistics are what they are.

I wouldn't use words like 'inferior'.

Are we inferior to more intelligent people? Do I feel 'inferior' to an East Asian who was more intelligent than me?

No.

If you are smart enough then lots of other factors come into play.....Was Churchill more intelligent than Hitler....Was Scipio Africanus more intelligent than Hannibal?

It's an important factor to all of us but it's one factor in life.

So there should be mistrust of the whole of black culture by the actions of some, there is knife crime for sure there are other issues that we could debate for sure but if people have a mis trust of the whole of black culture based on the actions of some that is why people are marching.

Apparently even daring to question this notion of 'white privilege' is not allowed anymore.

I find it a bit ironic your dancing on a pin analogy you have used so often.

So collective guilt based on skin colour is wrong then?

If you expect me to say it's like the late 70s where bigoted skins are roaming the streets or there are national front matches going I won't because it isn't it is more subtle than that I will give you a very small example.

On these boards there was discussion of how these recent riots would make employers and landlords think twice about dealings with black people in general, when I tried to point out the historic poll tax riots that where predominantly white people were rioting and would white people be viewed the same by employers etc, the replies very specifically drew a distinction in terms of it wasn't white people doing the rioting it was crusties or agitators.

So basically if black people are involved in something like rioting they/we are viewed as a collective if white people do that it is only the perpetrators are singled out and described in differing ways and not as a collective.

I think the negative view might be on angry young black people to be precise. The gobby girls having a go at a policeman for saying all lives matter or young soldiers cleaning a war memorial from graffiti too early and getting their faces all over social media. Most people take people as they find them based on their character and attitude. You might even get some people getting a bit tired that the most important thing to an individual is their skin colour, when the person making the decision hasn’t the time or the same level of interest or involvement in it with however many things going on in their life and work. That’s just a guess but I can imagine a lot will get a bit tired of it or something they’d rather not get involved in because of PC today.

I’m personally more interested in how someone sounds in work than their skin tone. The thing I can’t understand is why some articulate young BAME people, including in politics in the media fail or won’t pronounce their T’s, or even just drop the inner London Street accent.

There’s the Asian Labour Party activist who cannot ever pronounce a T when saying The Labour Party and there was an articulate young black lady hosting LBC this week. She rang in and made good points to Iain Dale, but then somehow started to get angry with Iain on things he won’t be guilty of put of nowhere. Credit to Iain’s calmness as always.

Next evening Iain had her co-host a phone in. They must have refused white callers to prevent any heated arguments and stuck to airing issues. Some good points on black history in education, lack of black people in official institutional bodies and things. But I couldn’t understand why she couldn’t pronounce a ‘T’ again.

On the contrary, I'm one of the few people willing to stand for the truth on this.....evolution exists and it doesn't stop at the neck ....for any of us....and the East Asians and Jews came out on top.

Just because I don't agree with your emotive language interpretation it doesn't mean I'm 'dancing on a pin'.

This seems very worrying...No different view allowed and therefore no debate. The one question I would ask is does anyone think that the lives of black people would be any better outside of the Western World, where so many of their troubles are? Are they be better treated in the Far East? In other words is this purely a white verses black thing? I would honestly like to know if black people suffer as much hurt in other parts of the World. Please keep this debate civil.

hats off to palace, they were always gonna be louder, and hate to say it but they were impressive ALL bouncing and singing.

All I read on this forum is emotive language and dancing on a pin is pretty accurate when you don't give a yes or no answer to a yes or no question.

Nah. You understand perfectly. Just lack the spine to answer. Fair enough.
