One of my many gripes about this is that people keep saying it's the bigger issue that COVID-19. In general, they are correct. At this current moment in time, they aren't. Half the people protesting couldn't care less. If they weren't on Furlough getting paid by the Government to sit at home doing nothing then they'd probably pay no attention to what is going on and definitely wouldnt take a day off to protest. So many people just jump from issue to issue as the press kick up a fuss to sell papers and celebrities try and get more exposure. Did Anthony Joshua turn up because it's a cause he believes in, or did he do it to stur up interest in a fight vs Fury? Looking at some other static. 517 children died in mass shootings in America in 2019 (according to wiki). 1,100 people died in police custody. 24% were black (according to NBC). Assuming that not all people that were shot were innocent or racially motivated... I'd say American gun laws are a far bigger issue.

My original point was ironic, about history replacing history! My prediction is that Cecil Rhodes in Oxford University better keep his eyes open, think he will be gone v soon, maybe by the University and not the history makers!
