I try not to believe or read to much in to all the click bait rumours. But it does seem we’re being linked with every available right back out there.

That to me suggests this is a position we’re looking to bolster or maybe we’re just checking the market in case Ward doesn’t extend. Personally I think we’ll sign a RB even if he does extend. Just no idea which one!

nah , prob just his agent trying to get him an escape route , if we are looking for a player of his age , why not just give joel a deal he is a far better player than johnson .

I would have him as back up. If I'm honest it wouldn't bother me if we lost Ward. Personally I think we should be looking to AWB as our first choice. He has proved he is clearly good enough to step up.

Johnson would provide decent cover at both right and left back.
