This feed explains it all pretty well: [Link] It seems the profit made on the Bolasie sale has balanced the FFP books: “Premier League Short Term Cost Control rules do not allow player wages to grow by more than Ł7m a season – unless covered by increases in gate receipts, commercial income or averaged 3-year player trading profit. The last of these in particular has helped #CPFC meet the target.” Will this be five? It's gonna be five! It IS five!
