Reminds me of that absolute loon we had yonks ago, Sasa Curcic(sp). Utter fruit loop, but god could he bang a goal in or do something totally out of this world & be infuriating all in the same game.

He had a good game against Serbia but he couldn't score till Luka had been subbed. Big egos don't seem to go down well in the CPFC dressing room.

It’s not just one game, Shaqiri has that something special. Wilf has an ego. Often players that creative do. It’s where the bit of magic comes from in the first place. If football teams set not having an ego as a requirement for signing players, we’d experience some pretty static transfer windows. It's now well known that Andy Cole and Teddy Sheringham hated each other at Man Utd.. However they played up front together and scored s*** loads of goals.. I can't believe people would pass on Shaqiri because (they somehow know!) he has a bad attitude... Wilf on the right wing... Shaqiri on the left wing... That's pretty f***ing good!!
