I think it's fairly true though. Look at the donors and average donations to the Conservative party (and New Labour in the past) compared to those to Labour last election. Money vs people. What is the economic reality for the left? Economic stagnation, the largest economic inequality in Europe, wages declining at a faster rate than all but Greece, productivity crisis and some of the poorest areas on the continent. All while those at the top pay an ever dwindling rate of tax and public services are sold off by an inept government for pennies. That is why we need courageous goverance, investment and democratic, publically owned services for the poorest. I think it's fairly true though. Look at the donors and average donations to the Conservative party (and New Labour in the past) compared to those to Labour last election. Money vs people.

What is the economic reality for the left? Economic stagnation, the largest economic inequality in Europe, wages declining at a faster rate than all but Greece, productivity crisis and some of the poorest areas on the continent. All while those at the top pay an ever dwindling rate of tax and public services are sold off by an inept government for pennies.

That is why we need courageous goverance, investment and democratic, publically owned services for the poorest.
