God forsaken place then and even more now. My old flat got burnt in the riots.

I'm sure that you can take it out on another unsuspecting motorist.
I did used to live in west Croydon and back then I got a few tickets late at night for unloading shopping on the zig zags.
God forsaken place then and even more now.
My old flat got burnt in the riots.

Sorry to hear that.

So where should I invoice for my parking appeal advice?

Meanwhile, in the High Street (50 metres away), vans were parked on pavements and double-yellow lines, causing traffic congestion. wardens don't want confrontation, so they target empty vehicles that have over-stayed their ticket time, or badly displayed their ticket. Well you can be sure my rates are not the same as Islington.
