In truth I was on the elliptical this morning......Bought lots of iron weights this Christmas.....I'm heading back to the world of iron, which was my home for so many years. Mid life crises.

Nothing wrong with keeping in shape. Apart from a spell a few years back, I have lifted weights since I was 18. There isn't a bit of my body that doesn't hurt somehow but the thought of disintegrating into old age without a fight is unaceptable.

'A white family raised me - I learned to love being black' On a purely Identitarian level I have no problem with this story. I have some sympathy for her. Now imagine the colours in the headline being changed around. You would be hearing about 'white supremacy, racism'....you would be told that you had 'unusual' ideas and were some kind of alt right freak on the fringe. If some people didn't have double standards....they would have no standards at all. Now that's the real racism right there....anti white racism because they would never do the reverse story in the same way. Oh dear there goes free speech in Argentina. I bet the BBC loved pushing this story. Most broadcasters have a policy about what you can and cannot say and you might face the sack. In this case this chap has faced criminal prosecution for sexist remarks. And yet there is not the slightest hint of criticism or an alternate viewpoint. I guess the BBC doesn't care about free speech. In the not too distant past thousands of people have simply disappeared in Argentina for criticising the regime. So freedom of speech in Argentina or the threat to it should be worthy of a line or 2 from the BBC.

“Mr Maxwele, who instigated a social media protest under the hashtag #ReclaimClifton, oversaw the slaughter of a sheep in a ritual that protesters said would cleanse the beach of racism” Life becomes black comedy (although I’m sure that expression will be banned soon) I think the picture associated with this story tells you what’s really going on here although I’m sure the lefties will tell you they had it coming because being racist to white people is fine (and what’s more, should be encouraged).
