According to Spurs fan web site. Bloody hope not! Sissoko is a complete waste of space, would rather get a little less money than end up with him and his inflated wage bill for years to come. Everybody in the league were laughing at Spurs for buying him in the first place.

I certainly was laughing, and my Spurs-supporting brother-in-law and nephew had their heads in their hands. Now they are winding me up about unloading him on us

Don’t let them wind you up. We are not that desperate so that we have to sell our best player and take other clubs dross as a makeweight.

I don’t think Spurs will meet our valuation. Next year is crunch time if Wilf doesn’t sign a new contract.

He's not a bad player. Runs fast, worked a lot when I saw him. However, their evaluation of him is huge. They paid a lot of money for him, too much, and now want to recoup.

The factvthat he doesn't know if he's a wingman, attacking midfielder or defensive midfielder makes you not know what exactly you'd be paying for.

Supposedly Tottenham want Zaha and instead of paying 70 million, they offer 40 million+Sissoko, whom they evaluate at 30!! It would be bad to take that evaluation! Sissoko will be 30 next year this time, the price of players takes a curb downwards after they reach 30, so he wouldn't be a solid investment.

I remember when Andy Johnson was a "makeweight", just saying.

I remember when we blew most of the money we got for Ian Wright on Marco Gabbiadini. Just saying.

There's no way on God's green earth they can realistucally think we're this stupid. It's just part of the Levy wind up plot. He really should be getting done for tapping up.

Not really surprised. Seem to remember Levy putting in a ridiculous bid for Wilf in the past. They may well want him but will have to dig very deep in their pockets to get him and that seems unlikely.

Wilf is going nowhere
Even if he were, Spurs couldn't afford him
Even if they could, he wouldn't want to sit on their bench all season
Even if he did, Sissoko is s***e
