Civilisation has evolved at different rates around the world. In my opinion, Europe, The Americas and Australasia have evolved quicker than Africa, The Far East and The Middle East. This is born out by some of the most barbaric acts performed by civilians of the latter on an almost daily basis. I know there are exceptions, but most of the vile acts in the world are now carried out by these people. Hopefully one day they'll catch up or we're heading for something like Mad Max. Would I bring kids into this world today ? I don't know.

My nan only ever kept 10p (for a phone call) and a first class stamp in her purse. I had an aunt who lived near Brixton who was raped by a chap from the same community. Her life was never the same after that and she didn't want us to visit her afterwards....being a teenager I didn't really understand the gravity of it. What I can't stand are those plonkers who live in nice areas who really have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to the sharp end.....they look down their noses but probably wouldn't last five minutes in those streets. In this life you give every individual the benefit of equal treatment because there are good people everywhere in every group. However, only the stupid look at statistics and invent excuses.
