They all stay till the end though. Or was that back in 2005-2009?

When we got stuffed at home by Birmingham springs to mind, but the main ones leaving early are the guys who turn up late scream at us all to sing more then go 20 minutes from the end

I'm not sure how much truth is in this.

The Ultras are all ultimately allPalace fans so it's unlikely they are all going to stop going. Likewise I'm guessing that many of them have purchased their season tickets already and would be loathed to give it up because of some spat.

May be wrong but reckon they will still be their but maybe just missing a few.

That seems unlikely as the club have put their 100 seats at the front of block B up for sale, or for existing season ticket holders to move into.

Can you hear the Brighton sing? I can't hear a ******* thing!

The Ultras may be a bit prima donna -ish, but they are out best fans.

If they were players of equal stature, they'd be on 100 grand a week.

No wonder they've slapped in a transfer request.

It won't be long before Arsenal and Man United, both desperate for some decent singers, will start sniffing around.

I hope the Ultras have got a good agent.

Please please don't make them go to Chelsea. They'll just end up festering on the bench or going out on loan to Charlton

And i have always said the only ones who are truly 100 percent loyal is the fans.
Really though I was a bit surprised they went on strike a while back when I think someone got banned or their tickets weren稚 right or something, but we moved on from that but it痴 sounding like the toys have been thrown out this time big time. We have had a good atmosphere before the HF but they have done a great deal to drive the crowd on and we have got used to how we do it i.e they start off with their drum etc we all join in and stay in time etc. It might take us a little time to find the new way.
If this is true I must also say I知 more than a tad disappointed with the HF as they are not as fanatical as we all thought and also they have absolutely no right to another part of the ground as a given they must of understood that.

Loads of people are saying that atmosphere was good in block b before hf but they improved it with their drum and stuff like that. Why don't people who sit in block b get a drum and welcome people to come stand in block b to make it louder

Block b became popular with the more vocal supporters because it used to be next to the away fans before they moved. Having a standing section in that corner means that they hardly block anyone's view. If they moved to the centre behind the goal then the whole of the lower tier would have to stand too.

Football fans shouldn稚 need musical f**king instruments to create an atmosphere

Agree, blocks A and B are loud as people moved there years ago to be next to the away fans.
Although they start most of the songs , 90% of the noise comes from the few thousand behind them

If the club don't treat them differently from everyone else how come their season tickets have only just become available? I am sure I would have lost my option if I hadn't renewed by May time and I'm and home and away ST holder.

Not saying the HF don't sing etc and help build the atmosphere at home games but others are equally fanatical supporters but don't get preferential treatment.

We know that the club treated them differently to other supporters; that's a given. I suspect that the reason these seats have only just become available was due to ongoing negotiations with respect to where they wanted to sit; clearly those have now broken down.

Football's equivalent to Brexit, welcomed by some but likely to prove costly in the long term. I half expect Theresa May to make a statement on Monday in an effort to persuade the electorate that recent developments can only benefit the renowned CPFC atmosphere. Plan B anyone?

HAHAHAHA. f***ing brilliant

Sorry, I meant to write "they are our best fans" not "out best fans"

I apologise for the typo.

Your reaction was a bit strong though. Have you never made a typing error?

All human beings are a work in progress. Nobody emerges from the womb with the ability to do flawless typing.

Your harsh judgement will be troubling me for the rest of the day. I suppose what does not kill yo makes you stronger. I shall see if that's true today.

I'm really annoyed with myself for that typo. It is unacceptable. I've let the fans down, the club and not least myself.

Come on, get a grip, your not a bloody balloon are you
