I hope we get a new crew to replace the old lot coz without them we will have deathly quiet spells. Why would they think the club should remove longstanding season ticket holders is beyond me. What a bunch of pricks. A shame but maybe their fever will be shifted to the main stand where is desperately needed!

I’m not sure he was referring to it being a typo but just you calling them our best fans. Bit of time wasted on that post perhaps.

What I couldn't believe is you calling them OUR best fans! Really how do you come to that conclusion? What qualified someone as being a best fan? I have supported the club since 1961, have watched them at god forsaken places like Halifax, Bury, Chesterfield, Scarborough, do I profess to being a best fan...no but I profess to being a true supporter who did not throw a hissy fit when I couldn't sit where I wanted!

I do like the way they get people singing. I remember the old days when it was impossible to mobilise Palace fans. When Malcolm Alison came, and introduced the nickname The Eagles, the one good thing was that it heralded in an easy chant. Then again overnight we become a one-chant club. We chanted "Eee-ghouls" to celebrate everything, from a throw in, to goal, to finally getting an appointment at Mayday Hospital. So I like the Ultras for brining some passion to the club and mobilising support. But I don't like this whole thing of dressing like funeral directors or monopolising the chants. I'm interested to hear your opinion.

I was part of the group that stood under the gantry in The Arthur. Good times. But the organisation of the HF did Trump that. It has become a big part of the match experience. To me this is a significant set back. What made it special is also it’s downfall. Grew spontaneously without much management and included some wild cards. I have enjoyed joining the HF at away games but I see how they could come into conflict with the club

What???... The HF have done a flounce?? Well what are we going to do now??... I mean the club only survived for 100 years before they came along... How will we cope?? FFS get a grip some on here. This club always has and always will be about more than the HF... I'm sure we will cope fine.

I am near the front of block B , had my ticket before they started out, and still have it, they tried to push us out by saying it was their bit, but we joined in the singing, most of the songs were good, but the bit that annoyed me was people I had never seen before screaming at us to " sing up ", then they left the game early if we were losing. It's just time to start over again, stick with those of us that turn up year in year out whatever the division and result

I was at Halifax away! We lost 2-1. I couldn't believe how much glee they took from beating us. It was like watching the Munchkins celebrating after the Wicked Witch of the West has died.
