Meyer has played more games as an attacking midfielder than as a cm/dm so he could just as likely play where Loftus cheek was last season , we also have schluup ,Wilf and mcCarthur who can play there , looking very unlikely he will be back at the moment as they want a 10 million loan fee.

Really they will actually loan him out, so it is not totally dead.

Is RH saying he needs RLC for a mid-table finish, something like that?

For me Riedewald is a victim of the Dutch youth system where players are brought up to play a variety of positions.
In theory this versatility should be a bonus but in reality it is not always helpful.
From observing him
- he is not dominant or aggressive enough to be a centre back
- he is not mobile or tenacious enough to play in midfield
- he is not quick enough to play full back.
He is tidy on the ball and a neat passer but that is probably not enough to warrant a role in the current Palace team.
His best position would probably be left side of a back three in a team that dominates possession.
That is not Palace now or in the foreseeeable future.

If Riedewald goes , that will be the end of the Joke that was the FDB appointment. Does that mean that now Jach is out on loan and Rakip has disappeared , that little judus c*nt freedmanwill now f*ck off again?
I’m sure that someone will mention Ward or someone else that freedman signed, but that was when we loved him and before he went on the turn.

Riedewald should go to Swansea for his career. 100%.

If you want to live in a world full of kindness, respect and love, try to show these qualities.

It is rather like having an agent to send you to a coal mine !

If Freedman had a role in convincing Meyer and Kouyaté to sign, then maybe he's getting better at the agent game. I suspect Riedewald was all FDB, not Freeman anyway.

Do you base that on the fact that Freedman joined the club 4 weeks after Riedewald joined the club?

Excellent post. Sums up the player- undeniable talent, just not the one for us right now. Do we hang on to him for a couple of years until we are playing a system he 'fits' in? Or should we let him go, and just make sure we have a hefty sell on clause?

Hmmm what about Kouyate, Guita or Meyer? Or do you only attribute the players that you don’t like to Freedman to suit your agenda?

They are hardly unearthed gems, players everyone knows.

Freedman's fans always cite how he'll unearth the next Bolasie and whatnot.

The scout who found Bolasie recommended Jach

Harsh, who's to say Meyer wasn't a freeman transfer?
