I really wish matteo would take up my "choose one player not 200" challenge. That is, pick the single best-value transfer into a PL club this summer (can even include from another PL club if you like). I don't know why you're not doing it when you are clearly so knowledgeable. (apols if you did and I missed it). the issue with a long list of recommendations is that nobody can judge the many names that appear but are never heard of in England again -- but you can say "I recommended x last year"

From my experience, Premier League clubs are rarely refused by players from other leagues. And if a club has an offer of 3 million for a player, it's not going to charge a PL club double just because it's from the PL. It will sell you if give them 4.
