This organization are complicit in many problems. If I remember correctly they no longer receive governmental funding because of them.....they should never have in the first place. The problems with them are numerous.

Just one is that they use the race card regularly and abused it with the rape cases we have seen across Britain's ....what is it, about twenty towns.

They are part of the problem.

Surely the political point is only used as it is the only way a certain opinion on the subject can be made. My opinion is that Islam is a nasty, hatefilled, evil religion if the qoran is followed in the literal sense.
If Muslim people can drag themselves away from the literal interpretation of it then there can be change. Unfortunately nearly 25% of muslims globaly cannot do that.
The political point can't be separated.
I wasn't offended when Bosnian Serbs who were Christians were getting killed,in defence of muslims. Why should muslims be offended when the bad ones are being taken out.
The Christian west as it is known has all but stopped taking the bible literally. In it's written literal form it is also evil and violence provoking.
Times have changed.
So should people who wish to inflict badness.

I don’t agree that you have to bring left and right into it explicitly every time you debate a topic. It doesn’t help, especially in this arena where it’s used as a stick to beat with first, while the actual topic for discussion gets ignored.

Agreed, it’s irrefutable that Islamic nations are less tolerant amongst other things than the west. Having not read all of the bible and all of the q’uran it’s hard to make definitive comment, but I’ve read just as many hateful things in selective excerpts from the bible as in the q’uran. Frankly, we’d all be better off without religion, period. It’s an absolute s*** show.

Re. The west no longer taking the bible literally, probably right in most cases seeing as the many watered down versions are simply engineered to allow people to do as they please (see Catholicism) so pretty much everyone is not following Christianity the way it was allegedly conceived. The irony there is glorious. What a waste of time.

But that’s not to say we weren’t there once - and the crusades, destruction of paganism and so on were hardly free of evil and bloodshed. To be clear that’s not a justification.

And I’m all for no more badness.

I don’t know enough about them specifically but the little I do know means that they are certainly not clear of blame in this whole debacle.

To be clear, I was not defending them, in this case just ensuring people stating untruths to further their narrative are corrected.

I think you did forget. I’m Still waiting for a reasoned response to the actual point being debated on this thread...

I didn't attempt anything it was you who asked if it was a riddle. What you thought you could see of it's intention whether clever, witty etc..
Shows a trip to specsavers is required, and your attempt at sarcasm laughable.

As for the debate,Poles reject having immigrants imposed on Poland, a sovereign state, against the voters’ will (Democracy at work)Nearly 80 percent of polish voters are against EU-mandated immigration.
The ancestors of Poland’s contemporary Muslims (the 1%) chose the religious freedom of their adoptive county and its Western values over life in the neighbouring Ottoman Empire.
Countries who suffer these attacks vary with severity from Islamic to western societies.
Countries however, with a low or non existent Muslim population, for the time being have no attacks.
Poland has taken in over a million Ukrainian immigrants from that European war everyone has seemed to have forgotten about

The bit about the crusades etc IS being used as justification for a lot of the terrorism though.
That's my point really. Muslims cannot let it go.
The qoran is 500 years younger than the bible which was being followed back then to the letter as the qoran is now.
Times have changed so in that sense so should the interpretation of it.
And the way that politics is involved is that integration of muslims and the questioning of the thought process should be allowed without being called racist.
Only the politicians can implement these changes.

The BBC? The quote is from the minister, they don't determine what he says.

I have no narrative but have had many dealings with the Muslim Council, how many years pre-London bombings did Abu Hamza preach hatred on the streets of Finsbury Park and how many times did the Muslim Council condemn him?

Well then, don’t state complete rubbish as though it’s truth to support such a provocative statement. Free speech is one thing but lazy, inaccurate attempts at discrediting others are another. You might not have a narrative but that post certainly feeds into one.

Re. Hamza? I’ve no idea, and it’s an interesting question. One worth looking into the facts more fully this time. I hope you’ve never complained about ‘fake news’.

As has been mentioned in this thread (and I agree) there are clearly failings within the Muslim community but equally that does not mean that by extension the whole organisation and community is complicit, turning a blind eye or not trying to solve the problem.

This is obviously true.....however, would you make this comment about the far right for example?

The undeniable fact is that if we had a similar sized Islamic community to Poland....we wouldn't be having to scrape children off of pavements every year.

Trump is right on Islamic immigration and he isn't even allowed to enact it.......We should only have reformist or secular Muslims here.
