One of the giants of British comedy, no doubt. However, his tedious, ponderous rambling between clips on It'll Be Alright On The Night irritated me no end. They could have got three times the number of entertaining snippets on each show without his droning. Other than that, RIP. The glowing tributes are much deserved.
