That's called the Presidents Cup, which is USA v everyone except Europe and the international team has only ever won it once.

Great golf from Europe this afternoon.

A 4-0 foursomes win come-back from 1-3 and they are playing formidable US golfers.

So 5-3 set up for a thrilling Ryder Cup.

Certainly a great result this pm but I would say steady golf from Europe and very poor golf from the USA from what I saw.

I definitely feel closer to the US than I do to Europe.

However, the US was founded by the British and is fundamentally European and has been for most of its life.

So in truth....it's mostly about Europe playing itself.
