'He was entitled to go down' Usually used as a justification for a Mo Salah or other big 6 player who dives.

Question: Ask a doctor in A@E what is the most common injury when someone falls / trips over. Answer sprained or broken wrist because they put their hands out to stop their fall and take the full body weight.

Question: How often do your see the the top Premier League divers sorry "entitled to go down" with those injuries?

Questions: How often do you see any player put his hands put when he falls?

I live 10 minutes from the training ground, my elderly blind neighbour had a few falls so they referred her to a fall clinic to teach her how to fall. I told her to pop down the road I am sure the lads can show you that.

That(enter shot/tackle/pass) was from the top drawer.

Personally I put all my best stuff in the bottom drawer, so if I get burgled the thief only gets my old pants that are kept in the top drawer.

You must have some pretty desperate burglars round your way if they are after your old pants

We were burgled many years ago in London whilst we were on holiday and the curs helped themselves to some of my pants (Amongst other more valuable items) much to the astonishment of my wife and I.No Ebay in those says otherwise I would have had a peek to see if they were on offer.A friend of ours joked that he went to Boot Sale and never saw them on any stall.Yes, pretty desperate burglars.

When there is a bit of a scuffle between players - "handbags at five paces" .... a bit Ron Atkinsonesque I think.

Sadly few players seem to be "Over the Moon" these days, nor give "110 per cent", and educated left feet seem to be in very short supply.

When Wilf scored his second in the semi against br**ton
the commentator said "He had no right to do that"
What the hell does that mean ?

"The forward skipped round the defence" was he playing football or hopscotch ?

Touch my coffee and I will slap you so hard even Google won't be able to find you.

Interesting thought. I am certain some players practice in falling to earn the penalty. Or to be more precise: practice to dive! Would like to see a rule change coming in alongside VAR that penalties are only given when a direct goalscoring chance would have followed.
