To be fair it isn't much better in the Upper, but at least in the upper I can stand up straight and have a piss, which was impossible in the Whitehorse.

Thank you all, the AW facilities are a disgrace for a PL club.

I am interested in sanitary toilets and the possibility of actually getting F and B at hlaf time than I am in craft beers, and hipster pies etc. The fanzone is OK but limited.

Anytime you look at buying anything at SP it's generally very over priced sh*te.

This is not the case at many other grounds in the top two tiers.

The matchday experience at SP is poor if you are a visitor or occasional attendee or have a family with you who might need feeding or bathrooms

As a ST holder in the AW I have become accustomed to eating and drinking before or after the game and trying not to need any kind of bodily evacuation to avoid wading the river of piss guarding the toilets

But I do love the Place and have done for five decades

Kaos mate, the Whitehorse is relatively new in comparison and it’s still bollocks down below at half time, infact its chaos kaos! I haven’t attempted a half time pee or queue for a drink for years for all the same reasons as you experience.

… my love affair with the Arthur Waite is over!!!!

Views, acoustics & nostalgia aside! It really is a khazi eh! The facilities are f*cken dreadful. I left my seat 5 mins before ½ time to go for a p*ss and a beer. Well I managed the former and finally got served just after the 2nd ½ whistle blew so had to spend the next 5 minutes swigging it back so couldn’t enjoy it and missed the only goal of the game! I know them kids are on minimum wage but the one that served me couldn’t even find his bottle opener and forgot to give me change until I reminded him!!! Also, the queues for the toilet at ½ time down there were shameful with parents and their kids busting to go. Proper shambles …

Yeah I know that concourse was only ever meant to accommodate the seats in the old format when the terrace was down below but really! Yeah, I know we have to redevelop the main stand first but it’s a f*cken joke. Why can’t they have people going around the concourse selling beers in some other manner? Why do people who already have a beer in hand insist on standing chatting where people are trying to get a beer?

Throw the performance, embarrassing home support and weather into things … we went home thinking ‘f*ck that for a while!’ …

Where are you going because the whole stadium is a dump.
That is why I was promoting a new location. Stil atleast the new stand will give its users a modern match day experience but I bet it will be really dear.
Let’s continue to make the players multis while most fans struggle financially. Very odd world football.

Yup! Totally agree. Nothing more depressing than Selhurst on a bad day #fact

It’s a khazi, but it’s our khazi I suppose. And at least we’ve got a great team playing flowing football and scoring loads of goals to take our minds of the facilities

Sounds like the Whitehorse has the best view in the ground!
