Ha-ha! I saw another report which mentioned Mr Steve Parish's entire fortune being of only 45 million. I can't really see how that is though, being that only Zaha is worth at least 50 million and he owns Crystal Palace, but I just wanted to put it forth cause it linked up with what you said

Not gonna happen and that's a good thing.
Bored of these "the next Messi" players popping out of the Americas every time they manage a few goals, the Home Office are doing us a favour there.

He was pipped to be the next big thing from Brazil at one point. Ability and potential wise, we could certainly do a lot worse.

The problem is, he’s had his attitude questioned. None more so than by a certain Frank de Boer. Couple of occasions he was quoted to tell the all too familiar story of “great player but attitude stinks”.

Supposedly not prepared to put the graft in required to succeed in Europe.

Having said that, since going back to Brazil he’s been scoring for fun. I know people will note of the competitiveness in comparison to europe. But there certainly isn’t a lack of talent capable of challenging him for goals over there.

Hopkins quotes a source suggesting Palace are leading to recruit him. Being prolific in Brazil is greatly different from being prolific in the PL

Neither Ayew nor Sørloth have really taken off at Palace. So we really do urgently need a striker who can make a difference. Maybe Benteke when he’s fit again could or maybe this guy. I think the team is playing much better recently which hopefully will give strikers a better platform? [Link]

At the very least, we should terminate Ayew's loan, just to free up another space. Or is his deal one that involves termination penalties?

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

Ayew scored twice for Ghana last week. I think he's worth hanging on to. Probably best if from now on when we're defending a corner or free kick he should be near the half-way line ready for a counter.
