It's very hard to get noticed at right back if your team is losing more games than they win.

If the club have any sense at all (Pardew didn't) they'll have a word with Newcastle (I believe Gayle is still on their books) and get him back. That Pratt Pardew should never have sold him. Aaron is the best thing we've had in defence for years and at last we have a decent keeper. As for Benteke. I would have sold him off 2 seasons ago. Lazy & useless couldn't score in a brothel. A complete waste of money.

Brooks over AWB is a peculiar one though. I gather the rules state you need to be aged 23 at the start of the season, so both qualify. Having just checked the fixtures, Man City's first game was August 12th, by which time Silva was 24. Manchester United had the league's first game on August 9th, on which date Silva was 23 years and 364 days old. Seems bollocks. To me a 'young player' is, in the sense of being a bit of a prodigy worthy of an award, is 19 or 20 or something, not mid-twenties. That's just an established player.
