He’s looked below par because he’s been played out of position up until now. The RLC role that he had today is the one he should have against lesser opposition. Judging him on chameo appearances as a defensive midfielder and one game away at Chelsea where he’s actually given the right role in midfield is ridiculous IMO. But that won’t stop Palace fans turning on him. I called it the other night.
