They had 3/4 on Zaha all game, we were in it, until the 3rd went in, not many will win at Chelsea this year. . They brought on Hazard, we brought on Ayew, slight difference in squad depth.

Even in the first half against Fulham we weren't great Maine eagle. But I see some signs of improvement and we are, I reckon, better with Meyer than without. The Fulham game is the only one against a team around us where I think we acquitted ourselves pretty well. Regarding Meyer, if the alternative in his position is Jeff Schlupp, I would happily see Steve Coppell dust off his boots ahead of the Dutchman.

Not even on the bench again. This is what I don't understand - Hodgson brought on AWB at the end of last season and he has done really well, but he won't given any other youngsters a chance. You look at the bench today and there were no options for changing the game. As others have said, we have stood still or gone backwards whilst other teams have progressed. Sorry, but we really need to get in a younger manager with fresh ideas.

I think we are more confident on the ball and with our passing than we've ever been, but you can't legislate for injuries and individual mistakes. Both of which are out of Roys hands.

We also conceded three soft goals and couldn't mark properly from set pieces. A draw was possible if we could play for 90 mins of a game.
