I agree that the article is a fair summary of where we are, with the exception of there being a "new main stand just around the corner"; that's never going to happen in the foreseeable. I also think that relegation would be a total disaster as we have nothing to show for six seasons in the PL and would be odds on to spend another decade in the Championship or worse.
