As a deaf person who does a fair bit of lip-reading too, he definitely says woman.

Watch his lips closely after the word stupid, if he were saying a word starting with 'p' then the lips would draw back and go to the thinner line to make a sequential 'p' and 'e' of people. They don't, they move slightly forward (as in not quite a pursing) to make the 'woo' of woman.
