He raved about AWB, and he has mentioned him a couple of times.
In the past. On yesterday’s performance he had Sane in his pocket and I have not seen anyone else’s do that before.

AWB is getting noticed, I said a month ago that “ AWB will be the best right back in Europe in 5 years time” I stand by that.

Increase/extend his recently signed contract immediately

Of course, Alexander-Arnold will be the choice...unless AWB joins Man U or Spurs

Who really cares - so long as he playing great for us..!!

All bias aside I suspect AWB if he keeps playing like this will be in the England squad before the end of the season.

The days of having to play for a top side are gone under Gareth, players are now/seemed to be picked on merit which is as it should be.

As a strict rule I record MOTD and fast forward through Lineker's smug face and Shearer's attempts to poorly describe what I've just seen with added erms and arrs. He does successfully avoid providing any insight though which is a grand feat for such an excellent striker in his day.

I saw he was on a program about a study on the link between repeatedly heading a football and dementia and was shocked to learn he was the presenter, not a test subject.

Big contrast with Mick McCarthy on Goals on Sunday. He said that if Andros tried another hundred times, he wouldn't be able to score a goal like that again.
Miserable git. Never really liked him.

what does he know?, not seem him do any good as a manager!

Sane was completely bottled up in the home game last season if you remember by AWB, but it received little comment at the time.

Achieved promotion for both Sunderland and Wolves.
Ian Evans was his assistant at Sunderland.

I remember him being bottled up by TFM. Pretty sure AWB had never made squad by them. it also got plenty of coverage. Sane said TFM was his most difficult opponent all year

Trippier will be ahead of him as well

We would be very silly to sell him for any price, he would only go if he wants to and sadly players are excited by medals and money which is not unsurprising human behaviour.

Trippier is a great crosser of ball - maybe the best in PL -and can take a mean free-kick. I think AWB is already a better defender than either of the alternatives. That was a great run and cross that led to the penalty so hopefully that is a sign of things to come
