Boris Bikes ...

The opportunity to apply for generous state handouts is merely one aspect that appeals to our unwelcome visitors.

However, bearing in mind that some of these folks have paid to get here. How about catching and taking all assets from those who facilitate this illegal activity?

If the transgressors can't pay they could be locked up and put on static bicycles for 16 hours a day to generate electricity to earn their keep?

Illegal immigrants and potential asylum seekers could be granted a similar opportunity to contribute to the national grid rather than be given benefits.

Hundreds of state registered bike farms could be constructed across the south east providing worthwhile emloyment and an opportunity to build a new life for those who want to be here.

Illegal migrants don’t get benefits. See link above

But I like your concept. Wonderfully dystopian

OK, I’ll bite

Now why do you think young males claim asylum rather than young ladies? It may just be that it’s a fearsomely dangerous journey. Also it is more likely males will be heavily persecuted on the basis of the five test criteria.

If granted asylum wives and young children may then be brought to join the person granted asylum

We have a relatively low rate of asylum seekers compared to the other wealthy EU countries. Brexit won’t reduce the levels of asylum seekers, just make it harder to control.

Doesn’t this just underline the fact that the huge numbers of people migrating to the UK (the other 600,000) are economic migrants?

Do you think the majority of these are highly skilled or have a job lined up before they get here?

so a 20 year old illegal migrant gets a local 16 year old girl pregnant, who pays for her council house and a lifetime of benefits ? What consequences would that bloke face if he got a young girl 'in trouble' back in his home country ?

its all men arriving in from the Third world. Many of these have abandoned a wife and kids back in their home country ?

do you actually live in the UK ? this is not a fantasy, this is all real. Dystopian for the taxpayer.

Surely it's more dystopian for the taxpayer that we are producing billions of pounds' worth of weapons, then allowing them to go through black market channels to create thousands more refugees who are then trying to get across to our country?

How many times does it have to be said that everyone sells weapons? If we did not sell them then it would be the Russians or the Chinese or whoever.

There is no advantage for anyone in us not selling them but a big advantage to our enemies if they do instead.

Unless you believe that human nature is inherently negative and should be accepted for what it is warts and all, then it could be argued that prejudice must be opposed in all its forms.
