The corners thing is quite frustrating to be fair. It's probably because most of us remember us being so good at this a few seasons back with players like Dann chipping in with plenty of goals and I think at one point we were the best team from set pieces in the league. Pardew probably put an end to all that.

Although far from our best performance of the season, we stuck to our task perfectly last night - only switching off for one of their corners (which could have been costly). I think Ayew has great work rate which Roy obviously likes (and the reason he was slightly critical of Wickham in his presser after the Chelsea game), but it is our interplay around the edge of the box that needs to be improved. It's something that we have struggled with for a while, and yesterday was no different. We seem to get to the D and then run out of ideas. I don't know if Ayew is solely responsible for this, it seems to be a combination of both midfield and attack.
