We surely can’t be really thinking about playing until may with a squad of 18 players? I mean last year we signed three (albeit very questionable) players but still . Never going to understand SP or DF strategy in not just this window but several before it , if Roy was like allardyce we’d have three to four new bodies through the door by now

Take no notice, completely NOT in the know and just an off the cuff remark so he can feel important and be involved in the thread. He has zero ‘sources’ and unless it’s on Wikipedia, has very little/nothing to contribute.

Really feel let down over transfers, other clubs at the bottom are all moving forward while we are standing still which effectively means we are going backwards. We are desperately short of goals in our team, Wickham and Benteke don’t seem to be the answer neither have given the impression that they can fire the goals we need to get away from the bottom 3. A fresh face may well have been the catalyst to us moving up the table but the board don’t want to spend any money. I suggest this a bit of a short sighted view as we’ve been desperately short of fire power all season.
