Just shows where our weakness lies, no depth on either wing. Zaha and Townsend could both do with a rest and some competition

I think with Zaha and Townsend on the wings we might be in for some goals for once

I've always found the name Grimsby amusing....if the place didn't already exist I could imagine it could be a football club name that Monty Python would invent.

Fantastic that Zaha is playing for both sets of fans.

Well done Roy.

Strong line up from Roy. After the shambles against Chelsea at least the fans might see some Palace goals. Great to see Dann back. COYP !!

Grimsby brings back a special Palace memory.

Grimsby v Palace I think 1976.

Listening to the radio in the car, the announcer said it had finished goalless, bit disappointing.

At home, listening to the results, was shocked to see Palace won with a goal from Peter Taylor...

WTF !!!!

The referee blew the whistle for the end of the game, as Peter Taylor shot.

The referee allowed it as his whistle had not finished blowing when it crossed the line !!

Thats a great memory of this game. I prefer the time Grimsby arrived without their kit and played in a Palace reserve shirt that was unwashed! They had an ex-Chelsea midfielder in Mike Brollie who tan the game and Grimsby won.

Roy now feels we’ll be safe this season and this is what he’s here for. Potential silverware before he retires, at his boyhood club.

I think that's it. Would be a wonderful story.
